Learn to spin, climb and perform sassy tricks on the dancer's pole at the PoleRiders clubhouse. Each class includes floor work, and step-by-step breakdowns of basic pole moves to more advanced tricks. Initially, Ariel began pole dancing to add to her repertoire of gogo dance acts. Her passion for pole grew to facilitate a complete change in the trajectory of her career and life. Our mission is to promote bicycle safety, raise awareness of the immense potential of pedal power and to bring pole dancing to the streets where dancing belongs. Marlo teaches pole dancing classes at Body & Pole. Marlo has performed on MTV and VH1 with artists Diddy, Pharell, Nelly, Fabulous, and appeared on 30 Rock, THe Unusuals, and Law & Order: Criminal Intent. She is a fitness model, contortionist and trainer who has appeared in Shape, Fitness, Runner’s World, AM New York, The Daily News and Nike promotions. She also has a nationally available Pilates workout video series.
